2. What is spunlace non-woven fabric?
Spunlace nonwoven fabrics are cloth products produced by hydroentangled bonding technology. A pressurized water jet system is used
to entangle fibers to create cloth-like characteristics.
3. What are the available patterns in your spunlace nonwoven technology?
We only produced high-quality patterning solutions for Mesh, plain, dotted embossed, and EF patterns.
4.What are the raw materials used in spunlace nonwoven? We used premium cotton for 100% cotton wipes for which are used for babies' sensitive skin; they are soft to touch and has water-absorbing properties. Wood pulp, the main raw material used for wet wipes, gives good cleaning properties and high absorbency. Viscose fiber has moisture-retaining properties and suitable for sensitive skin, which prevents skin irritation. Polyester fibers are obtained from petroleum, air, and water. These fibers provide durability and good stretchiness strength. 5.How is spunlace nonwoven fabric packed? The finished product of spunlace nonwoven fabric is rolled in jumbo sizes and carefully packed individually using wrapping PE film to protect the product from dirt and dust and maintain superior quality.
